At Athlika, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we aim to make the return and refund process simple and transparent. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Incorrect / Missing / Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong, missing, defective, or damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory showing:
Package condition
Products received
Any issue clearly visible
Requests without a valid unboxing video or raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Item must be unused and unworn
Original tags must be attached
Product must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase / order ID required
If the product fails inspection, the return request may be declined.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Tags are removed
Original packaging is missing
Request is raised after 24 hour
5. Reverse Pickup Process (India)
Reverse pickup will be arranged by Athlika if available in your pincode
Only one reverse pickup is allowed per order
Once the pickup is scheduled, please hand over the product to the courier partner.
6. If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available
If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area:
You may be asked to ship the product via a reliable courier
Our support team will provide further instructions
7. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
COD Orders
Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) will receive a store credit / coupon code equivalent to the order value.
Coupon will be valid for 12 months
COD handling charges are non-refundable
8. Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be approved.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
