- We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner
- Upon verification:
- A replacement order will be processed, or
- A refund or alternate product will be offered if the item is unavailable

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Athlika will not be responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a customer refuses or does not accept delivery, the order will be returned to Athlika.
